Cary Greenways 10K

I thought it would be a good idea to wing a 10k. It wasn’t.

But I finished! I only had to stop to walk and stretch about 4 times, and it started pouring buckets on the way to get my medal. Despite touring one of Cary’s beautiful greenways, the White Oak Greenway that starts in Bond Park, I did not have a good time.

This one sucked.

My knees hurt for two straight weeks.
